The Goodyear's get pretty good reviews. I have them on other Porsche vehicles and think they are fine - much better than the Pirelli tires in my opinion. Give them a try, you might like them.
Waiting on mine to be built so who knows what I will end up with lol.
I wonder what they will put on my GTS.
At the mean time how is everyone getting pictures from the factory? never ever did I receive any pictures from the factory and I have ordered several times.

Your dealer needs to set you up with TYD account. Once in production you should receive pics. I'm on my second 992 and received all 4 pics from the factory on both.. I've read from other members that most get pics, but some don't. I guess if draw the short straw, no pics for you. Lol
I think it's a random lottery as to which of the three you get. I confirmed (by way of my final assembly photo) that I won the Michelin PS4S lotto...
Here is a zoomed in crop of my photo. Taken on 1/24 @ 2:32pm (according to EXIF data of the photo).
Lucky you! Mine was in production around the same time and got the Good Year's haha. I'll be tossing these out though. New wheels will require new summers and winters will have to be purchased for my stock wheels.
If you right click on the main TYD page using either Firefox or Chrome, click Inspect ---> Click the tab labeled "Network" ---> Then refresh the page ---> There should be a section under "Name" labeled USMXXXX (The X numbers reflect your commission number ---> Under this section you will see towards the right under "Response" a section labeled "vehicleStatusImporter" with your current Porsche V Code.
I have found that website notoriously out of date. By comparison, the Stena schedule for west coast is on week 7 already. If you email the contacts listed at the bottom, they will probably be able to send you something more recent.
Dunno...but if my car exits production on February 26th then I have a great chance of getting onto Siem Aristotle destined for Halifax! Yipee.
Lol, I'm waiting on a 718 so supposedly no embargo issues and my car finished production November 24th. It just got to port January 31st so I'll just say finishing production doesn't really mean anything it seems. With that said, there are people who's car finished production AFTER me and they already have it in hand lol
For those that are directly affected….car sitting at port or in transit by ship, check with your SA on revised delivery date. TYD is blank for most of us on final delivery to dealer, but SA in my case had a 4/12 date for ours sitting at Benicia Port. Best info I think we are going to get until folks start reporting here that cars have had the swap and are starting to go to dealers and being delivered to customers.
4/12 is what your SA sees in their system? Thanks.
I just officially joined the waiting room on a C4S. Build in April-- (hopefully) delivery late May. Thank you to those who helped me with the allocation information too.
