Seats and comfort are so personal.
Waiting for my 3rd 992 - for each I specified 4 ways with ventilation.
For me perfect comfort and adjustment - everybody has different requirements.

Yes--I found them much firmer/stiffer with the ventilation. I notice a big difference. As I said, I'm pretty small--so it may be the positioning of the seat where I am sitting that makes me really feel it. My 2017 C4S had ventilated seats and I found them very uncomfortable. My 2020 C4S has the same seats but without the ventilation- and they feel like there is more cushioning in them and I find them much more comfortable. Again, though, comfort depends upon the person.

So with the delays over the "Chinese Part", has anyone with a recent Lock or Build date seen theirs date pushed back? As in Porsche is prioritizing Non-US cars to use their inventory of these Chinese Parts that can't be shipped to the United States....?
Then once the alternate supplier is providing the parts, will we see United States cars pulled forward as many of the rest of world cars were already produced using the Chinese part.

I ordered my T back in October w/ an early Feb. TYD delivery. IIRC early November it got pushed back by 3 months to an early May delivery. Since that the schedule has only fluctuated by a day or 2. The car is scheduled to go into production in ~10 days.
There were others that ordered around the same time that also got hit by a several month delay, perhaps that had something to do with the banned parts.

Anybody else encounter this.....
This morning I woke up to an email stating "Congratulations, log into Track your Dream to see that your Porsche has reached "Arrived at Port" milestone."
When I log-in, it still shows that the vehicle is on its way to the port? I also checked the v-status and it still shows "V-300"-Vehicle is complete and ready for shipping to port...?
I know things aren't exact, but you would think if an email is sent saying that the vehicle has reached a new milestone, that when you log-in it would also reflect that....??
I guess in the end, I am just hoping that I catch a ride on the SFL Composer, which is the next ship to Baltimore....and that doesn't leave for 10 days, so I shouldn't be stressing....but I am..

I got two emails at the same time. It was for your Porsche is on the way to the German port and then another saying it's arrived. I got both emails at the same time, not like a day or two apart. This was at the end of January and since then, nothing. No updates at all. It says the next step should happen on January 25th and the last step that it arrives at my dealer it December 28...of 2023. Originally the car was supposed to be delivered November 19th.
Wow, I will make sure not to complain for at least a few more months. Good grief, that’s terrible. I assume your advisor is no help? That’s craziness!
