Is there any possibility of overheating or too much wear of parts with stage 1 on Turbo? My thinking is as follows – Porsche designed all parts to handle the power. Increasing it, makes the numbers out of range that Porsche Engineers were thinking about, so it might cause the system to overheat during e.g. long spirited driving. How does it look in real life? Sorry for noob question if this is a noob one

@M Engineering I've got one question regarding the octane I'm running. I'm travelling across Europe and in most places I am able to find 98 or 100 octane fuel. However, sometimes it is impossible, for example in Italy, where 99% of gas stations have 95 octane only. How does your tuning works in such a situation when I will be running different octane levels different days. Do I need to re-calibrate every time I put different gas into the tank? (I hope this is not the answer though :P )

With the Mtuner and a windows laptop you can switch tunes whenever is needed.

I need to find an ODB2 BT dongle that will send ECU info to my phone, like Lambda, IAT, Timing. I want to keep an eye on stuff. Does anyone have a program or something for this?? (I want to have the dashboard like JB4 does)

Thanks a lot for the replies @Angryinch and @Pad Bender! Btw, what is the technical reason for that? What could happen if I use lower octane fuel with a mapping for higher one?
@M Engineering, do you know when your wireless solution will be out?

You should read about fuel octanes, timing, AFR and engine knock if you want to go down this road. Some basic knowledge will go a long way.
Fuel and good DA is everything in these cars.
Lower octane fuel has less detonation resistance. If you use a lower octane fuel, it can damage your engine. The ecu has safety’s built into it to pull timing but you’re rolling the dice big time.

Great looking silver on this 992 TTS that stopped by yesterday for a Stage 1 flash. This car is bone stock running 93 octane and our customer opted for our PSE valve mod, Free-revving in N, and disable auto start/stop mod.

Just had our media guru Kris whip up this video of a recent 992 Turbo S in a Stage 2 configuration that come in for the ProTune treatment. Outfitted with only Stage 2 hardware and our PDK2 flash, check it out making over 700whp. Up dramatically from its 587whp stock baseline!

We don't go out and Dragy customer's cars normally due to liability concerns, especially out on the street. Everyone is welcome to dragy and post up!
