992 GT3 iPE titanium system + Cargraphic
I can’t convey this without you hearing it. But I have been able to compare to Soul and Kline headers. The iPE sounds much lower and throatier. iPE has resonators like Acro and Sharkworks for drone reduction. Sounds like it has much power behind it. I pull away from stock GT3. I’m lighter and more power. I’m happy with my choice. My only issue is it’s loud, very loud. Even with the valves closed. I hope I don’t get kicked off the track. Enjoy the pics.
Old with OPF
Before iPE

Here's the most recent video we've done on the IPE 992 GT3 exhaust system (version 1). I say version 1 because IPE now offers equal length headers which unlock even more power and sound from this platform. I promise to have a video done of that version as well which I will of course share.

I had to temporarily put the stock exhaust back on my GT3.
The stock exhaust sucks, IMO. Even with cargraphic controller. The car is no fun. All the Youtube videos are just reading off the Porsche marketing check list.
The right exhaust makes this car much more connected, emotional, and special.

I agree that the stock exhaust is not great, but the Cargraphic does help at lower RPM and is actually really nice when cruising at 90mph and above, because you can close the valves and it is super quiet. With aftermarket headers or OPF removed it is nice to close those valves while starting up early morning or cruising at high MPH and wanting to have a conversation.

i agree on the car graphics tho. Heard my friends exhaust with that module and it’s like putting a lipstick on a pig… the car is begging to get its tape ripped off it’s mouth

Cold start
On the topic of waking up neighbors with an early am start…does a cargraphic controller actually help with that? I’d understood the oem setup to have the valves to be closed at startup by default (and maybe no matter what)…

On startup oem opens the valves. That’s why it’s louder on startup then when you take off the valves close again. With the Cargraphic you can keep them closed at startup and then open them later when you are down the road.

They're was a member on here that put on a $15k Akropovic, only to pull it off a week later and lose $5k because it was too loud and the vibrations were annoying.
If you are just tracking the car or rolling in it solo for short trips here and there with the boys, then straight pipe it and go full race car mode lol

Below 3000 RPM, the car is as loud as a pick up truck. I couldn't imagine the neighbors even hearing it. You really need to get it over 6000 before it makes any noise, but it still sounds constrained with the stock cats and OPF even with valve controller open. Not awesome, but fine.
Without the aftermarket exhaust, I probably wouldn't keep the car. The car is too cold and unemotional otherwise.
My car is for driving relatively short distances and for the track. The vibrations are part of the experience. To me, the car is not meant for driving long distances or conversing.
