Just put on the dundon headers and titanium loud exhaust. It's amazing to say the least. I had stock with opf delete and that was really good for a stock exhaust, but the dundon gives it a proper, non drone tone. Install was relatively easy, except for whoever gorilla'd the v-bands of the stock exhaust.

Default Jcr exhaust gt3

Did you end up getting the jcr titanium exhaust? If so what is your take? Looking at getting one for a new gt3 rs.

I Installed Dundon full system with TI loud muffler also... SO AMAZING...
and not to mention it looks amazing and you can see the details and work quality.

LOL... those stock clamps definitely were on there super tight.

I have this same system en-route to me at the moment. I'm trying to decide if I want a valve controller on top of it...mostly to keep early morning startups as quiet as possible. How do you find the cold start noise? Assuming you have neighbors or a spouse that cares...

On a valved exhaust, valve controllers are required to keep them open throughout the entire range. It makes no sense to install an expensive valved exhaust without the controller.

The Dundon titanium loud exhaust was not loud enough for me, which was remedied by installing the loud inserts. I would recommend to do it the first time.

It's not horrible on cold start. It's loud, but it doesn't rumble and resonate my head. I am coming from a stock exhaust with opf delete so it' was a bit louder already.
I ordered the cargraphic valve controllers direct and it's a great addition. I keep valves automatic most of the time unless I'm trying to cause a ruckess then I open them. The controllers won't help you on cold start though since you cannot force close them even with cargraphic

Always wanted to try Akrapovic, so got the rear muffler installed today and still have the OPF filters in.
Feedback - my 991 RS with Dundon street headers and stock muffler sounded way better 😬
Will be going the Dundon way…

This isn't great to hear. Do you have a valve controller installed?

No, but the valves open in sport and track mode.
Don’t get me wrong, you got a deeper nicer sound with the Akra muffler, but nothing close in my opinion to Dundon headers.

The valves don't open fully until around 5000rpm regardless if the PSE is activated. I just installed a controller and it was a massive difference sub 5000rpm.

Well, got my Dundon "loud" titanium header-back muffler setup installed. Sounds awesome. I have the cargraphic controller as well, but don't really need it to get the sound at lower revs (though it's even louder with them open obviously). Looks and sounds great.
