US GT3 production typically comes in 2 model year increments (years 3 and 4 and 6 and 7) of a 7-year generation. This implies MY2022 and MY2023 for US 992.1.
Everything built after summer holiday 2022 should already be a MY2023 and it could potentially last until beginning of summer holiday 2023.

The numbers posted above via the Corvette forum are not encouraging at all though. Looking at the MY23 cars, most of what is stated as 'planned' production are cars that were once MY22 allocations that spilled over for MY23 (I am one such). So taking those out of the equation leaves very little 'new' allocations if those numbers are to be trusted (allegedly source is legit)...

it's just my opinion...I have owned many GT3's starting with 996. First 991.1 was PDK, and as soon as the 991.2 was avail w MT, I ordered and traded...I LOVE MT Porsche's, including my 72S and 73RS Carrera, and 991 Speedster (which one would NEVER EVER want a PDK in....).....
I just felt the the 992 GT3, the first time I drove a MT......really was better suited for a PDK, and ordered mine that way. And never looked back, still super happy. Just one man's opinion...albeit a strong one in this case....

My strong opinion is that no sports car for the road should be an automatic, no matter how good it is at shifting for you.

GT cars are products that "why wouldn't you buy it if it's available at sticker" (reminds of allocated whiskeys). Even if you don't really want a GT car, you can resale it easily and probably for a small profit if you want to get rid of it.

Posting this over from the corvette forum, where a member has access to total PAG sales for the US. Total My23 numbers! ( I have no way of proving authenticity, but he seems legit)
These totals seem extremely low!

Finally, I received a verbal confirmation of my touring allocation. If I can do a PTS, this is my build:
Your Porsche Code http://www.porsche-code.com/PPY38UJ3
I was told a January allocation, but may be delayed for PTS
Happy Days😁🥳

Try and see one in person if you can.
I noticed that Shark Blue is a lot "brighter" than in photos when I saw it the first time at my local dealer.
