I have a Cali store with a September build 3RS. If I can bring them a Cali guy I can close the deal at 100k over MSRP total, maybe less.

unfortunately i can't give location name, but in cali you can negotiate down to 50k for september build. You just have to wait till the last minute before they give it to you because they will shop around till the last minute. 2 people got allocation this way so far.

My money is on Porsche surprising everyone and dropping a pile of MY25 allocations in November for builds next year... that should soften things up big time.

Interesting you point that out. I just cancelled my order. Was at $100k over which included a $11k watch I didn't want. The ADM's are sliding quickly. It was funny that the dealer claimed they had a list of people at $150k over when I brought up my apprehension about a week ago. Today when I officially cancelled they then immediately dropped to $90k over which confirmed their BS. Honestly am tired of dealing with these Porsche dealers who are not interested in building relationships at all. Luckily I have a '23 Touring I picked up used with 800 miles which I am having a blast with.

agree
and certainly car market if getting softer
also I can see people backing out on some of these cars when their trade ins drop in value when their cars arrive
again these cars are great , had 3 991 3 RS , but they are not 400 k cars

Spot on with the trade values. I was planning on keeping my Touring and the RS when it came in but just for kicks had the dealer give me an offer on my $228k sticker '23 Touring with 1,200 miles, full wrap, and K40.... $7k over was the offer on trade. No thanks.

I wouldn't be surprised if they call you with a much lower number the next couple of weeks
dealers want to sell you BS and unfortunately some people will bite
a month ago a dealer told me the C8 Z 06 they had new was 10 k above sticker and they have 5 year waiting list when I offered sticker , so I passed
2 weeks later , they are begging me to buy at sticker and can get allocation to build
3 RS at this time should be MSRP for regular loyal customers
and may be 25 k for non customers

Car market is definitely softening up for most all cars. I was able to sell my 997 GT3RS 4L for top dollar a few months ago and I had it quietly listed for sale for 4 months and would not take a penny below my number. I think I could buy the car back cheaper today.

Why did you sell? You were consistently saying it was the best car you own

It was time to move on and I was driving it less than less plus I got a price I didn't think I'd get for an 11k mile driver. I'll keep an eye out on the CGT market and if something interesting pops up I pay pull the trigger.

These Porsche dealers don’t care about building relationships. They resorted to pure greed and the hell with their customers.

They don’t care..bought 5+ Porsches from a local dealer (with a 8 year relationship) and they told me 190k over for an RS. What a joke. I just ordered a cayenne from them and they still didn’t budge! Disgusted with them. Last Porsche I will buy from them.

If possible shop for an MSRP dealer. Mine is and I got their only S/T allocation at MSRP after buying many cars. They do care about their good customers. Problem is they won’t sell GT cars outside their market.

I had the same situation. My Sales Manager left Porsche and the new Sales Manager just basically ghosted me after promising an allocation for a 3 RS. Bought 4 cars in two years. They wanted 200k over for a used 3 RS as a parting token with me, and it’s still on their lot almost one year later. Thankfully only lost money on the Taycan
