Also have an MSRP SRS that’s december build that will be PTS and CXX.
I service my cars with the dealer and I have no pretrade requirements. So you are wrong. There are dealers like this and they choose their customers carefully.

I have an MSRP 3RS thats PTS and CXX. No strings attached other than doing ppf with the dealer. Probably $1-2k above market cost.

My dealer told me a year ago that they could sell me a GT3RS at MSRP with my 992 GT3 trade-in. I need to follow up.

Everyone here gets an allocation at MSRP.
Everyone complains that ADMs are evil and too high.
Everyone tracks their GT cars. Every day.
But no one will ever buy a GT car that has been tracked.
It's Rennlist.
What else do you expect.

I say about 70%, so 7 in 10 people on here actually are real people. The rest are literally kids in their parents basement.
There are no dealerships in US or Canada selling new or used RS cars with no markup of some kind or another. You are for sure paying something somehow.

It's only us folks in the US that get the privilege and honor of being able to pay ADMs for GT cars....because Merica!

My dealer just sent me a screenshot that my delayed '24 to '25MY 3RS order was accepted 6/13 with a change freeze date of 8/23, and tentative dealer arrival of 11/1. My Commission No. did change from the previous order but I am now showing active in Track My Dream....

So, yes, for the 100th time, everyone pays an ADM. Saying otherwise is factually lazy.

You should be a little more clear with that statement. NO DEALER IN THE US IS SELLING A S/T AT STICKER WITHOUT SOME OTHER SIDE DEAL/RELATIONSHIP. Good guy dealer, bad guy dealer, dealer who likes free lunch, dealer who is a purist....whatever.
