GT3RS Allocation Thread

+1 data point.
Getting my 25' RS allocation @ MSRP from same dealer I purchased my 22' GT3 last year. Did pay a hefty ADM for the GT3 (though on par with GT3 pricing at that time) and selling it back at some loss compared to private sale.
But from buyer perspective I view it as getting an RS allocation with a 1-time ADM spread over 2 GT cars and not having to build a purchase history others have mentioned (.e.g buying Taycans, overpriced watches, etc...).

From the sounds of it, the 2025 allocations all have build dates around October November, which are less than 6 months away.

When were their build dates? My understanding is that Porsche won't allow PTS for allocations that have build dates less than 6 months out. At least 6 months out is the first requirement, with the next requirement being their capacity.

Looks like I’m getting my PTS/CXX build approved.

They may be willing to entertain offers if I bring them a serious buyer.

Best would be for you to inform them the ADM bar is now at 100 over then to ask us to negotiate them back to reality. I would rather start dealing from a neutral position.

These cars won't trade for less than 100k over on the secomd hand for a long time. Not sure if I were a dealer I'd let it go for less than 125k to a random client.

110k over MSRP total is closer to 105k ADM assuming it includes all the dealer/doc fees. Given the fact they are shopping it with brokers (and then to random people on the internet) suggests they might consider offers.
