I agree. For sure there are huge profits. Overall Porsche AG profits are one of the best of course after Ferrari.
PAG didn't expected delays, shortages, demand, capacity, etc..

There should be some RS allocations available during the year as well. At least for the EU market

I thought production for the 3RS was supposed to focus on the N American market for 2024 since almost all 2023 cars went to Europe. As of January N. America’s top 3 dealer had only delivered 12-15 in total (Canadian dealer).

I was told by a friend the same dealer was expecting 30+ allocations

likely to push back after that aswell. If the build hasn't started now its in limbo. My delivery date jumped from 3/15 to 4/17 and build started 1/8.

Top 3 dealer in North America in Canada? I find that a little hard to believe but could be wrong. Would have guessed Florida, California, East coast (or even Texas) before Canada.

Also, 12-15 is a pretty good number for a single dealer in a single year. What am I missing here?

I read (12-15)/3 so between 3 to 5 per dealer.

Go back to 2019 GT3 RS Production numbers. US Dealers sold 1,490 cars, Canadian Dealers sold 294 cars (from memory) I'm sure someone will correct me.
US Population is10x larger than Canada.
294 CDN cars equivalent to 2,940 (US) GT3 RS (2019)

Per Capita Canada has had the largest GT allocations world wide. This trend started back in 2010.
I believe 992.1 GT3RS production numbers CDN vs US same per capita we here in the land of ICE and Snow received a higher percent of cars.

My local dealer, Porsche Centre Vancouver claims 11% of Canadian market. As GT cars are allocated based on market share, 294 '19 RS x 11% = 32 991.2 GT3 RS should have been sold by this dealer.

THIS post corrected with updated production chart as of August '20

Interesting how blue, yellow, and orange are three of the rarest colors, and many today would consider them the three hottest colors. Fashions have changed a lot in a few years.

Yellow and Lava on a 991.2 3RS don't command a premium(no offense to those that own them) and preferences have not changed(not many order them on the new GT cars and stick with other colors). Miami is the only one that commands a premium but it needs to be a Miami WP and ideally a good interior spec then someone can command a good premium over any other spec 991.2 3RS.
