GT3RS Allocation Thread

The last time the market did that when Porsche had to create the VIP program to get people to buy 918s millions of people lost their jobs, their homes, and saw their entire savings evaporate and have to start from scratch. You've got to be a special type of human to wish that upon the world just so you can get your precious Porsche at msrp.
It's not me you have to worry about sparing you ... first of all I couldn't care less, second there are other forces in charge of that accounting.

Are you really that simple minded that you think there's an economic condition where the market crashes in a way that allows you to get the cars you want at msrp but the rest of the world is spared?

We get to a point where there are no ADMs for 992 GT3/3RS etc, I'd wager collectively we will have much bigger fish to fry (thinking this would be akin to a nuclear war situation with Russia, fed taking rates to 15%, US political instability to the extent we engage in a civil war, dow @ 15k, etc)

Serge you are spot on my friend... this is a case of throwing the baby out with the bathwater. Hoping for a global economic meltdown to narrowly take aim at the speculators and flippers, to enable one getting GT cars at better market prices...

I'm hoping for a recession. The high ADM/Secondary values are all being pushed up by speculators not end users.. hence why there is 250+ GT3's for sale with wrapper miles. People like me, end users, either have to pay way up or wait years because of the nonsense.
I have been tight with my cash waiting for blood in the streets. I hope my house and every other house like mine drops to nothing, value wise. Cars too.. I'll be buying as much as possible !

You can't make this stuff up.
At least car speculators only take money from those who willingly hand it to them, this guy prays for human misery to make a buck, literally the worse of all types of speculating ... just brutal.

We saw potential lunacy (in our eyes) and had to speak on it.. for what it's worth I'm starting to chum the waters with my local California dealers on what the market rate ADM will be out of curiosity if I want to pay to play. I've also heard expectations of allocations dropping end of this month or by next next month

It's super funny that he doesn't see it ... but not as funny as him trying to hold these two opinions in his head at the same time:
He's hoping for a recession, blood on the streets, so he can buy as much as possible so as to profit as much as possible down the line ... aaaaaaaand he hates speculators.
You can't make this stuff up.

You know the old saying, you can **** in one hand and hope in the other......
My hoping wont change economic outlooks but I wont feel one bit sorry for over leveraged aristocrats as their entire lives circle the drain.
The tide is going out.. lets see who's skinny dipping !
