We have already had a few last ICE 3 RSs - just do it. 👍

It's a fair deal on the money, IMO. Real question is: how will you use the car and which will you enjoy more?

that’s the crux of it really. I’m not a track star, maybe 1-2 a year. Mostly backroads and around town. I really like MT, PDK is fine but not as fun IMO.

It's all about fun, and pretty subjective. RS looks rad and draws more attention. People say it can have better ride quality than the GT3 by adjusting the dampers. On the road, you may feel more grip with the RS because of the aero. PDK vs manual is personal choice, I like manual in slower cars, PDK in faster cars. No idea how they compare on sound, but that can be modded.

Sounds like the RS is less desirable than the GT3 in this case.

No idea who the looking loos are

Looks like the gray decals with red wheels may actually work together.

Did this one come into Porsche Bethesda?

I saw one just like it at Tysons Galleria yesterday and was talking to the owner for a bit (owners were from Michigan I think).

Anybody turned down a 992 3RS allocation because you have a 991.2 3RS? If so, why?

I didn't and not sure why anybody would unless they did not want to pay the ADM. It was worth every penny. It is a completely different car than the 991.2 GT3RS.

No adm involoved. Your comment is basically what im thinking but im trying to see if there are any non-value/money reasons that im missing. No doubt the new car is superior in terms of outright pefromance, but many prefer the 7.x RS over the 1.x RS due to more raw, analog experience. I'm trying to make sure there isn't something I'm missing that doesn't show up on a stop watch.

I would NEVER trade in my 997.2 GT3RS for ANY newer GT3RS.

Same here… Using it all year round. Only car that will never leave.
2023 so far, 8.5tkm in 997 and 2.5tkm in 992 (mainly track). Shipping it to the South for winter use on Jerez and Portimao.
