The car is being modeled after the Oslo Blue ST pictured below (76 911S). Silver car is my donor. Having both new and old STs around the same time will be goals for me.

shocking about guards red not being available as PTS- because Peru red is brown and Superior red is basically black with red sparkles.

pts has some really questionable colors and lots of them get picked often enough to stay in rotation ...and if people spec those colors I instantly reject any of their opinions about aesthetics.

stuff like: stone gray, peridot, sepia brown, peru red...sorry but you need help.

lol
but REAL stone gray is actually green in hue.. as used on 356....

I've also heard back from one of the "lucky" ones who got to drive the S/T. This guy also had lots of seat time in the 991 and 992 GT3 variants.

1) Looks better in dark colours to hide the front fender aero
2) Couldn't feel any power / weight difference from a regular manual 992 GT3 with PCCBs / Carbon Buckets. Zero
3) Handling felt less sharp than regular GT3 (likely due to no RWS), although commented some may prefer that less pointy feel.
4) This guy hasn't stalled a Porsche in over 20 years, but stalled the S/T twice (as did another famous name from Porsche GT Dept). Something about the way the revs drop suddenly / new clutch design - especially in reverse.

Jan build slots confirmed. No orders yet placed. Some 918 clients have requested what they want to the CXX reps but no official allocations issued as of yet. Several have sent builds to dealers but it’s not yet official. Soon but not yet.
For the PTS guys the non official numbers on PTS combined with RS builds is 35 cars in the build year. Estimated 200 cars after 918 clients maybe a handful more.
Matty xoxo

So two confidential informants with completely different opinions after driving them. Wow that is surprising, not.

Yeah, I think we’ll need to wait for the embargo to end to have identifiable sources whom we trust (or not) report on the car.
