I can confirm with my dealership that not all allocations have been released in the US. Sounds like allocations may get assigned in batches, but it’s not uncommon for some dealerships on the east coast for example to get their allocations before the west coast (again just an example).

Oh boy ... it sounds like both the ST and SRS allocations are coming out on the same week.

the 918 allocations were given out already
the remaining ones: factory reps already know, some of them told some of the dealers.
some of those dealers were told.
from my calculations and knowing how big the dealers are that I spoke with...if you're not a 918 vip and are not 1 or 2 on the list you're not getting a car.
