There is still a loop hole to Montana LLC a brand new Porsche from a dealer even if they don't allow Montana LLC. That's what the SoCal guys do when they aren't allowed to Montana a car and don't want to pay 10% taxes. I won't be posting the way here because then the loop hole may get closed but if you're smart you should be able to figure it out in how to keep your dealer happy but also Montana the car.

 

Not rocket science lol: lease to yourself personally in CA through PFS for a month then sell the car to your MT LLC. Yes, you pay CA Reg and one month of interest, but for an expensive car, it can be worth it.

It is nothing specific for Porsche
I have seen that across multiple brands
the more exotic brands do Montana LLC because it is a big chunk of their business and can't afford to lose that business
for regular brands including Porsche , it is a very small chunk of business that some chose not to deal with
