A place to discuss all things ADM

Rough crowd.
Just sold my GT4 and looking to get into a GT3 and want to make sure I dont F'd. I can pay $100k over sticker, but wouldn't want to if I knew I didn't have to.
Most threads are discussions that go off on a tangent. Just trying to gather 3 pieces of data here, from actual buyers.

Yeah, it is. Lots of key board bullies here. I wonder how aggressive they are in person? Apparently 25 to 30k over is about the best you can do. You are late to the party.

I would guess it's going to get worse before it gets better. far far fewer cars are being produced than expected. Originally I was told there would be no ADM in 2022 because cars would be "plentiful" (This is my dealer telling me this). I could not wait, so I paid the ADM they were asking. Totally different situation now. Min is 100K for any car they have a line of sight to now - all the way into 2023. So, I would bet you are unlikely to find anything under 50K until 2023, or enough demand switches to the Z06, 4RS, 3RS. There is no conspiracy like everyone seems to think. There are no cars and some serious blue ***** and crypto lottery money.

Hey, I’ll help out.
Last April, I had two allocations offered to me at 25k and 30k. I didn’t need both and didn’t want both (I’m not in the used car biz and didn’t want to sell a car I spec’s to someone else. Would rather someone get it direct from the dealer). In the early summer, had a dealer I was on an early list with offer an allocation at 25-30k.
Since then, the chip shortage (or whatever supply issue) has really jacked things up. I’ve seen effectively spec cars (ones the original buyer didn’t follow through on) go for 50k with a high demand trade in less than a day.
I suspect if you want a car delivered before next August, you will be bidding for one of a few holdback allocations the dealer hasn’t already assigned. The current ADM on for those appears to be 75-100k if you can find one.
What will the 2023 allocations bring, who knows. The magic 8-ball says pretty high.

Here is a poll taken earlier this year that answers your question. 123 people responded. Who knows if people were truthful though. https://rennlist.com/forums/992-gt3-...agree-too.html I personally know a lot of folks who got a car at MSRP.
I paid MSRP and ordered in April. I was on a waiting list with $1000 down since May 2019 and bought two other Porsches from the same SA. I had no trade in. It was a simple text exchange between me and the SA. Him: "Do you want a GT3 at MSRP". Me: "Hell Yeah!" I pick it up on Dec 1st at PEC-ATL.
