Anyways, I swooped in on a Touring this week for $75k over. Jan build, April delivery.
Another Bay Area dealer hit me today asking $100k. Crazy times but I guess how it’s going to play out for most for awhile.

Gents, these cars are selling at these prices. In my area the ask is $150K over for a car on the ground. A few cars that I saw at dealers that I frequent have sold between $120-$145 mark. There is a lot of people with a lot of money and little or no patience, or time, to do what we do in here for months and months in search of this type of car. I'm a newbie at this and quite honestly if I had to do this again in the same fashion for the next GT series I would pause for a little bit and rethink many things.

After talking to my dealer today, ADMs look to be the norm until Porsche can build more cars. They got about half the GT cars they usually get and they are not getting near enough cars to keep sales people happy. If I was only getting half of my normal allotment, I would need to charge ADM as well to keep the machine moving. There are dealers charging $10-20k ADM for Macan's!

The Macan thing is crazy. A friend of mine got quoted 15k over for a GTS allocation. He slept on it and it was gone before he was able to call back. I feel fortunate to have gotten 5% off for my wife’s grocery getter S in December ‘20 now.
