Oh Yes! DildoDude (aka Mike) has been wrong a lot on RL (you getting an MSRP allocation, MY2023 being last of 992.1 GT3s, 'everyone pays ADM', etc.) some people buy these cars to drive and create memories... others, it seems, rarely drive and act like these are blue-chip investments and try to prop up the market to lessen the pain of their ADM.

I dunno. I am not that smart. That much I do know.
I am just saying that all those who have been predicting a recession certainly seem a bit off as of today. Especially today given the market.
But as they say with the weather, if you keep saying it's going to rain, eventually you'll be right.

But given your posts, it sounds like you dont experience equity swings like that and $40k is a lot of money for you.

The pandemic and the stimulus response to it are unprecedented in our lifetimes, so the economic pattern is unusual and prediction of the timing of a recession is evidently difficult. But the majority of the analysts I follow are predicting a significant recession on the horizon and they make good arguments, so that's what I'm expecting.
Today's jobs report was the 14th-straight months that job creation came in above Wall Street economists.
You keep saying the same thing over and over again, expecting a different outcome. That by definition, is Einstein's definition of insanity.
Perhaps if you actually had some money in the financial markets, you'd realize how badly you've been wrong. But because you dont, there's no "penalty" for being wrong.

I feel like the people in the thread don't understand
a) how common GT3's are (and RS)
b) how unusable GT3RS are to most (and GT3)
c) How much funny business goes on, on BAT.....You're telling me a savvy "collector" bought a used GT3 at 93 over today on BAT? Yeah I don't think so pal lol Just use your head
***** dude paid 40k over like a year ago....That was market then, last I heard was 25 over like 6 months ago for a custom allocation...
