Seriously, what's the story there?

Guessing here-Vespa store behind what appears to an overflow/extra storage lot for a nearby Porsche dealer ? Like the suttle touches on the interior.

I am biased to yellow but I think yellow looks best on 993 body style, they just don't look as right on the 991

I've seen a few classic air cooled 911's that can just barely pull it off. Do not get a yellow 991 - sorry but it looks like a giant inflatable cartoon.

My sales guy says that yellow Porsches are hard to resell, so don't get one if you want to trade in a few years, get it because you love it.
