What did you pay for your PDK service? I was on the phone with an indie and a dealership this morning shopping for pricing. Strangely, the dealership was cheaper but couldn't tell me many specifics about the service. He seemed confident it was both clutch and gear oil + gasket.

tire rack isn't price matching. And they've shuttered Discount Tire Direct.

Email from a rep I've gone through previously when I asked about pricing from PCNA:

"I sure wish I could say yes to that .. unfortunately, we no longer have the ability to match pricing. The price we list is the manufacturer’s MSRP cost so they no longer want us messing with prices etc."

Next logical step for TR is to RIF all their sales team. If they're not allowed to offer any sort of pricing adjustments and TR's policy is to not sell a tire that isn't original spec (BTDT), then there is zero purpose to having a human being handle any portion of sales activity.

Spot on....and California is getting ever closer to putting more people on welfare with their $20/hr min wage.

The other advantage is that it provides better sound quality over the other alternatives that retain the PCM 3.1 HU because it is provides all digital outputs. The others involve digital/analog conversion, which degrades the signal. Switching between PCM functions and CarPlay are done with the Source button on the PCM HU.

Thanks for the kind words

$1,300 with the replacement of the pan/filter which added about $500 in parts and labor. Also part of the cost was some extra time because a pan bolt sheared off and had to be drilled

That's a good price TPC Racing (also home to DSC Sport) charged me $1491.92 for a full PDK service, which included labor, PDK filter and fluid. Their labor rates are $190 per hr, and they charged 3.5 hrs.

New tires and wheels for summer. Vossen HF-3 wheels and Michelin PS4S tires. Took a picture but it's raining here so everything is already dirty.

New picture after a wash

Ordered my annual cabin air filters - I change them myself. For less than 7k miles in the last year and a car that's always garaged and driven on pavement, filters were surprisingly dirty. See below. Installation of the cabin side filter is a

good long axis test of my back flexibility over time. (IYKYK). Suncoast finally got me for the upgraded fuel cap as well. My fuel strap was in it's last moments of life and I made the jump.
