Bought my service at 65K miles from a local Indy - for $2100
spark plug change-labor (I'm providing parts),
*brake flush,
*brake pad changes-labor (I'm providing parts -incl. sensors and bolts),
*coolant flush and
*oil change-labor (I'm providing parts)
*I would DIY some, but I'm lazy. Half the cost is the spark plug change + a Miami Porsche tax

my 991.1 is a 2016 but i've only owned it since January, brought it for 20K mile service from a local Indy
local dealership charges $800 for oil change alone so I didn't go the dealership route
but the Porsche tax from the Indy still shocked me
$1100 for the service from the Indy
- oil change
- engine drive belt replacement ($500 labor charge on this alone)
- wipers replacement

oh that's good to hear, i'm coming from a civic type r and brief 18 month ownership of an m4 so still trying to wrap my head around service costs for a porsche 😀
i believe the indy said they checked the filters while in there and felt the dealership changed them in december as they were prepping for CPO sale

New roof transport system
I was able to finally find a seller that had in-stock the Roof Transport System. This will be very handy when traveling with the T in the future.
And I love the look of them!

Cobb accessport was an early birthday present. The 40+ minutes to do the reprogramming was nerve-wracking... I used a Clore/Pro-Logix PL2320 20A battery charger and while the gauge started at 100%, after the doing the PDK and ECU flashing it dropped to 79%. Not sure this was the ideal unit to support the flashing process. I'd welcome suggestions on alternatives that are known to provide sufficient current without the battery drain (and while also not being some monstrous roll-around handcart).
Both of the tunes seemed to 'take', though the repeated stream of yellow alerts on the MFD was a bit unsettling! We'll see how it performs over the next few days as my daily.

Also got some magnetic numbers from Solo Performance, for autocross days. I figure combinations of three numbers will give me several options come registration time. 961, 991, 16, 19, etc...
Magnetic numbers for the rear quarter (as everywhere else is aluminum) and some reusable vinyl for the windows. The magnetic ones seem to have a grab equal to the Magnafin stone guards.
