I finally broke down and ordered a Numeric Racing transmission bundle.
I’ve been complaining about the stock shifter longer enough and really needed new cables. My stock cables are currently held on with zipties because the plastic clips lost all integrity once I removed them to replace my clutch.
BTW…how long is Numeric’s ship times? Ordered almost a week ago and no shipping notice yet. I know we are all spoiled by Amazon. If something we order isnt at our door within 48hrs we start getting impatient.

It should only be a week or so depending where you live.
You will be soooo happy with this upgrade. This and the GT4 steering wheel upgrade are two of my favorites.
Cable install is a PAIN IMO, but it helps if you have a second set of hands.

Interesting question you pose... I ordered the same shifter/cables along with the aluminum pedals last night. I haven't heard anything back other than my order was received. I am trying to get them before the end of next week. Sounds like they custom make some of the components. No complaints... just have to adjust my schedule. Let us know when you hear anything. I'm looking forward to installing the cables. I had the Targa roof all apart 3 months after delivery just to see how it was put together. It was a fun winter project. This will be less terrifying.
A new air filter... I remember when it was easy as opening the hood and loosening a wingnut!!! And in this picture I'm only part way thru taking sh*t off!!!
I got the 911 toolkit from Suncoast. Should be here tomorrow. And yes I could have gone out and bought each piece by itself and get some tool bag to put them in. But in the kit it’s all organized and in a nice leather binder. I’ll post a pic when I get it in.

Specs:
Front: 19x9.5 ET50 with 265/35/19 tires
Rear: 19x12 ET46 with 325/30/19 tires
Went with 19s instead of the 20s to get a different look as I like the look of the larger tires. I plan on trying the Autox and maybe the track this year so wanted a larger contact patch as well. Will use these as my summer wheel set and keep my stock wheels as my winter which currently have Sottozero winters on it. My car is a daily all year complete with carseat in the back which is why I didnt go with a more aggressive summer tires like a Conti force or Mich sport cup.
