This thread has quieted a bit....updated! My interior upgrade project is complete:
oem matte carbon dash and center console trim
GT PDK shifter
black steering wheel multifunction switch carrier trim
steering wheel trim ring painted matte black (looks shiny in the pic, but matte)
matte black vinyl over silver door trim panels
I'm very happy. Don't know why Porsche uses so much of the "silver" trim, but it looks kind of cheesy to me, especially when used to excess. The remaining "silver" bits are at an acceptable level now. The pic makes the matte carbon pop out a bit but it is more understated irl.
Ebony and gray stained maple shift **** by Manuel (porsche356sport@yahoo.com). Weighs 162g, exactly double the stock weight. At the lowest mount point it is ever so slightly taller, maybe 1/4”, which works fine with the shorter GT4 shifter length, and the extra heft makes shifts nice and smooth. I really like the feel of the new shifter, as the stock plastic shift **** had a tendency to creak and overall felt kind of cheap.
I also had him make me one just like this with a different wood color. The best ***** for our cars IMO. I still have my FF aluminum **** that's even heavier, but this one gives me a shifter feel I prefer, especially with my numeric racing cables and shifter.
Tackling a host of items including the addition of the 'ZZ-2' Wireless CarPlay (just installed inside), 'SunTek' Ceramic Tint (55% all-around including windshield *seen in attached photo), 'Tinybot' wrap in a glossy 'Voodoo Blue' with 'STEK Ceramic Pro' over it, as well as over the HRE R101lw wheels I'll be swapping out, and on the brake calipers.
I've been told that the ceramic coating over the wheels and on the inside of the barrels alongside tackling the calipers will help to minimize settling brake dust in future, helping to 'subtly' alleviate the wonderful squeaking sound we all enjoy so much. It won't eliminate it, but fellow enthusiasts I've spoken to say it 'helps.' Hey, I'll take any 'help' I can get on alleviating the squealing brakes at STOP!! LOL.
Speaking of calipers, I'm going to re-spray them in a metallic blue color and have them finished off with white 'Porsche' decals to replace the current red setup. The black wheels will be replaced with frozen champagne colored HRE's before having the ceramic pro applied, and I'm also adding the front Cup Aerokit Spoiler lip and replacing the GTS Sport Design lip, while also having the Rennline front bumper grills installed.
There's a bunch more planned for this visit, but I'll get to all that as the week progresses and be sure to update w/ pics along the way!
Perfect segue & timing from @Tier1Terrier (who shared a great DIY on his install btw), I had the Rennline Pedal Set and Heel Guard installed in the interior for aesthetics. Let's be honest, I don't have a 3-Pedal setup in the GTS and I don't expect any HP gains, so what else could it be?! LOL!!!
Paired with the dead pedal featuring the Porsche crest embedded as shown, I feel it pairs nicely with the silver accents (that most dislike) on the steering wheel. Ties in really well visually upon entrance and is already putting a dastardly grin on my face every time I open the door! It's the little things in life... and it's all in the details!!

These are my ideal interior upgrades. Where did you source the matte CF OEM trim? I believe I've only seen the glossy CF on Suncoast and others.
Suncoast has them, search in your car's section for matte carbon trim, should come up.
Not cheap, but for me, worth it. The cockpit of this car is my happy place!
These are for 991.2...not sure if the same for 991.1

Did you have the steering wheel off when you swapped the black multifunction buttons? Suncoast’s website says you need to take it off, but it really seems like it could be done in place.
The steering wheel must be removed to changeout the trim pieces. The "screws" that can be seen when the wheel is in place are cosmetic only (dumb). Once the wheel is off, the rear cowl is removed and the pieces are removed from behind. There are several resources on here about how to do it including this one which was helpful for me, although I already had the controls, so I only had to replace the silver trim pieces, no messing about with changing control units, etc.
