What did you buy your 991 today thread

The last time I had stuck O2 on my 997, I tried a torch. I used a regular Butane torch from Home depot, the ones that you would use for home copper pipe repairs. Heat it, cool it, heat it, cool it, PB blast it. You could also run the car to get it hot, but then you would be working in a hot environment. That worked for me to get mine out.
All usually difficult bolts are loose and ready to come off, O2s are holding everything up.

I was changing O2, so everything was still on my car, and was ultra careful not to accidentally torch any wires. LOL. It might be easier to remove the O2 wile the headers are on the car when you have it bolted down. When you take it off, you might need to hold it down in a table vice of some sort. Routing the O2 sensor wire on the left side had me cursing. It was a pain to get everything routed correctly on the 997.2. I tend to be somewhat detailed, so I wanted it in the right routing location, but pulling out the wires from some tight spots. I ended up giving up and cutting the wire after 1 hour of not being able to get it out, since I was replacing it anyway.
dont get me started
this ought to be fun LOL
I did use this "project" as an excuse to buy a Milwaukee 3/8 Extended reach ratchet so not all is lost

things are even worse on the 991 platform where disconnecting O2 from source requires snaking the wires after removing tail lights/bumper etc

Actually, I just remember that my rear bumper diffuser came in the mail yesterday, so at least that will be a 'fun' project. I read that it's a pain for the fitment installation, so I am sure in for a lot of fun.

Switched out the original yellow LED front corner marker lights for a new pair of clear LED ones. A lot of owners seem to like the clear lights, but now that I've done it, the difference to me is underwhelming.

To me I'm not really swayed strongly either way. Mine came with clear LEDs from previous owner and they're fine on my DBM. On the white GTS above, from @Southbranch , I think the amber look fine against his white/black car. For rear tail lights I'm definitely pro-standard lenses. BTW love the response from @ftc3 - if you haven't watched Mandalorian you won't get it.
