Yes! I have iPE and FVD headers and freakin’ LOVE it. The plenum also helps the sound. Even the GT3 guys ask about my exhaust
You inspired my IPE purchase! I read a lot about your experiences with it. Was going to look into FVD headers too but these Kline's came up at a good price.
Problem is... I can never wait that long!! ☹️
And/or nobody (I know) is gonna want to pay $100's for some random part/mod that we think is special. It really is a sickness, I think.
All new guards red interior trim to replace my black brushed. Looks great on the black GTS interior. Had to do it cuz I replaced all my badging on the back and side GTS decals also with guards red. Really pops against the agate grey with the black GTS wheels. Then 30% ceramic tint all around and short techart style spoilers… both top of rear window and on the trail. Loving my 991.2 gts more than ever now!
No tools required, just "gentle" finger strength and a bit of patience.
Follow the video to the letter, re-watch it again if you miss a certain part.
I bought one pattern from this link and another pattern from this link, both are from the same seller which I'm not sure why they aren't listening all the possible options in 1, no biggie. They got shipped from Taiwan really quickly, (the finish and designs are pretty, definitely nicer than the OEM colors from Porsche) in their own el-cheapo metal boxes which ensures it survives the transit. Didn't crack either set by following the video above.
If you get stuck, circle back. Don't force, when you force, it will crack.
Those two keys have to be the coolest thing I've seen all year.
Thanks also for the info on the key side install. I'll have another go at this soon.

Although the finish on my key fob has seen better days, I got bored one day and customized my key with some of the leftover vinyl from my car project. My Indy shop has thanked me for this, as it apparently makes his job easier when figuring out which fob goes to which job.
For laughs, I've even thought about picking up a new set of covers and then doing some sort of micro PPF to keep the pocket rash down, lol.
Love it. Only thing that bothers me is that with my PSE set up, if I turn off the PSE it's nice and quiet but then once you hit that 4k mark it goes from silent to BULL IN A CHINA SHOP LOUD and then goes to silent again once it's down below 4k. Wish it wouldn't be so drastic.
991'ers: sorry to hijack this post but I recently purchased a 2013 991C2S with 35k miles (zero mods) and need some help. Steering feels a bit off -right side wanders a bit at highway speeds at changes in surface (cross-grade, bump). I don't expect it to be bump steer since suspension is factory, any ideas/input appreciated.
And to be true to the post context -my mods since March '21 purchase:
- OEM short-shifter (every 991 should have this)
- Black Forest Industries (BFI) custom weighted shifter **** (these guys are awesome, custom-made my shifter at no cost upcharge, quality and feel is superior, have same one on my 996) www.blackforestindustries.com
- Maxton V1 front splitter (quality and look are ok for the price, would opt for carbon fiber at higher cost but hard to find)
- Refinished factory black gloss wheels in Champagne Gold powdercoat (huge improvement)
- Clear LED corner lights
Also have a Fabspeed center muffler delete/crossover on order -excited to get this installed!
