I had purchased an OEM brand new alcantara wheel from eBay for my 991.2. Cost was $700 for the bare wheel (just transferred everything over).
Definitely take a look at eBay for parts. Sometimes you get lucky with finds.
I still have my OEM leather wheel also. Love the look and feel of the alcantara with yellow stitching.

Factory black spray nozzles from Panamera catalog - look much better than chrome and only ~ $20/each

Love them just in Black, definitely not Chrome. Chrome is so 2010.

So you’re saying that the panamera OEM part is identical to the 911 part but with different part number? Also, mind sharing specifically where that was ordered from?

Yes - the 970 part is identical to the 991 part except for the color of the cap, in fact the part number stamped on the stem of both nozzles is the same - 997.628.263.00.
