I just received my SOUL performance headers yesterday. Still waiting on my high flow cats. Getting water pump replaced next month under warranty, H&R adjustable lowering spring installed and will do the BMC air filter while its all torn apart. Also added a Rennline phone mount, ultimate cup holder, sport design front lip, black badges and Porsche gas cap

Continuing with the very minor PTS Gulf Orange accents on my car... So far the brake calipers and key were painted, and now Ive done the popular 3M vinyl steering wheel center marker wrap: need to get the trim tool to curl the edges under a bit more, but for a $1 piece of sample 3M vinyl, im pretty happy with the look

So the little plastic tab which inserts into the key base can bend (and break off) in some cases. It's no big deal; first world problems and all that. I appreciate the info. I might try one more set.
This might seem rhetorical, how it's installed initially is very important to prevent them from cracking at the softest points.
. When I didn't follow the way to do it on the video, I cracked a few sets as I installed back to front. Even OEM can crack if you put enough pressure at the wrong points when installing.

I don't have keyless start, so I need to insert the key everytime. No chips, no cracks so far.

Thanks! There's no question I lack the patience to do this slowly and carefully, which is probably my issue with the key fob sides. I may order one last set in basic black and try it one more time.

Much appreciate the video.

No tools required, just "gentle" finger strength and a bit of patience.

Follow the video to the letter, re-watch it again if you miss a certain part.

I bought one pattern from this link I bought one pattern from this link
and
another pattern from this link another pattern from this link
, both are from the same seller which I'm not sure why they aren't listening all the possible options in 1, no biggie. They got shipped from Taiwan really quickly, (the finish and designs are pretty, definitely nicer than the OEM colors from Porsche) in their own el-cheapo metal boxes which ensures it survives the transit. Didn't crack either set by following the video above.

If you get stuck, circle back. Don't force, when you force, it will crack.

Bought her some protections in terms of a 72 month Fidelity plan from Michael Bernardo. Super easy transaction and proven coverage for years to come.

That’s why I like this kind of thread, people always find good ideas to improve any aspect of owning a 911 so definitely a good way to have ideas for shopping (or getting Christmas / birthday presents)😆

Problem is... I can never wait that long!! ☹️
And/or nobody (I know) is gonna want to pay $100's for some random part/mod that we think is special. It really is a sickness, I think.
