Thank you, it’s been a long wait, 8months for me but I am almost there
For those impatient eager owners like myself what was the typical time between boat arrival and dealer pickup? 1 week, 2 weeks? I have have asked my SA but I also like to get feedback from the Rennlist community

Just checked on the progress of Shanghai Highway through the English Channel, the ship eventually bound for California with a number of our Porsche's loaded aboard ... notice the bit of royalty passing by on the starboard side?

Man, the ship mine is on, the MIRACULOUS ACE, has not reported an updated location in 4 days and it appears it has been delayed into its first port but 1/2 a day...the wait continues.

The app I use reports Miraculous Ace as being right in the middle of the Atlantic about 3 days ago ... based on that it should be appearing back online in roughly a day, if not sooner ... don't start worrying now!

The wife and I headed out to "break in" the 911 GTS. I picked a Porsche "GTS Route" and went for it. This is one hell of a machine. With the rear wheel steering and the PDDC enabled, I entered and exited demanding corners as if they were straight lines. Powering out of the corners is blast. Torque is always on demand, and I cannot perceive any turbo lag.
Not knowing the area, we were streaking and hit a crest and ended up air borne. The car did not flinch--what a machine!
I love the Burmester surround sound system, but I doubt it will see a lot of use. The sound of this engine is mesmerizing, and it varies substantially on upshifts and downshifts based on the rpm and application of throttle.
I am going to give it around 1,000 miles before I exceed 6,000 rpm. Pics to follow soon.

Looks like it's making a stop in England somewhere. Do you know the schedule of different stops the Shanghai Highway is going to make?

Looks like my stay in the 'waiting room' was just extended by 2 weeks. Build date was pushed to 11/23 - no feedback. I suppose I can buy my Zunsport or Uniden R3 and be even more ready for it. Luckily the holidays will be a good distraction.

My SA just informed me that my car is at sea. My build date was sometime mid-October. I don't even want to know the name of the ship that it's on as it will make me even more antsy and become obsessed tracking the thing like some of y'all. I just keep buying more "stuff" for my incoming GTS. Fortunately, I can divert my focus and ease the waiting game by tinkering with my new airport car I recently purchased, otherwise I would be pushing my wife's buttons. I can sleep at nights knowing that Santa will be good to me this year. tick tock tick tock tick tock......

I tried to locate some sort of schedule for Shanghai Highway, one that might list intermediate stops before it heads out to the open ocean, but alas I couldn't discover any. Based on checking some typical transit times, I guess that it will take about 20 days to reach San Diego once it truly heads out. That said, it could conceivably hit a couple of more stops before having to definitely leave by the 12th of the month.
We won't mention to anyone else recently responding to this thread that their car is likely on this ship bound for SoCal

Has anyone waiting for their car to be built, heard that the PCNA computer system has been down, since last week & no dealer in the USA has the ability to check on status?
I was just told this today. Really seems unlikely to me. So, I do not know if my car entered & finished production as scheduled or is early or has been delayed.
I wish we could go to a PCNA status website ourselves & check.
