Thanks Tom & Happy New Year!
Except for the day I got her home it has been mostly overcast, humid and raining. Here are a few pictures before I exit the waiting room & head over to the GTS thread. My advice to those entering this thread or already here is to take a vacation from this place while your Porsche is at sea.
The ocean of espresso leather is just wonderful. Also happy with the reduction & painting of the rear logos. I really wish the auto/stop was defaulted to "off" though...my only complaint.

981 Boxster Spyder & 991.2 Carrera Targa 4 GTS
Hope your time in the waiting room is soon to end.

My SA told me today that my T is on the Viking Ace and scheduled to arrive at the dealership on January 18th. I couldn't find a ship with that name and he told me the Viking Ace is a new boat that just left Germany. Wonder if my T is on the Viking Queen? My dealership is Paul Miller in NJ.

Well, mine is on the Oregon Highway. Due into the Panama Canal tomorrow. Hopefully in San Diego around the 13th. Which means I’ll finally get my hands on my car around the 24th depending on delays at the port. These last few weeks have been the hardest of all. I’ve been keeping busy by booking Xpel, CQuartz and Escort Max CI 360 installs. At this rate, I’ll be broke by the time the car gets here.

Ha ha, I've been doing same - mine is due at the dealer on Feb 2. Have been buying new cleaning supplies, booking PPF, booking to have stripes added, ordered all season tires (are on back order!) and making space in the garage...
I actually like this process and the wait, it makes the car shopping more fun. The average buyer doesn't get nearly this engaged with a car purchase - they just do some research, go shopping for a day and come home with a new car. What's the fun in that?
