I've just been hoping it arrives in November, because the CU is having an interest rate sale in October and the approval is only good for 30 days. Looks like I'm going to miss it though.

I am looking forward to the new sound system. The Bose in my current Porsche is nice, but it lacks depth at times.

The car will be at my dealers depot for around a week before I pick it up. I am having a clear mask put on the entire front of the car, and they they are applying 3 coats of ceramic. This should nicely protect the front of the car.

I passed on getting the steering wheel with all of the inserted controls. It tends to be distracting for me, but I can understand others wanting it.

Just got word today that my 2019 C2S completed production (V300) yesterday (10/19) and was given my VIN ... this is one week ahead of a revised schedule that I was given back in early August following some final configuration changes that I had made which appeared to add a week to the schedule. So, in the end, it completed to the schedule originally given back in June when the order was initially given V200 status. According to the latest updated schedule, I'll get delivery in the last week of December although my SA indicates that it will likely be at least a week earlier than that.

It has already been a long, slow 5 1/2 months since I placed the order but hopefully the final couple of months won't seem quite as slow and drawn out. Definitely feels a different now that this creation is no longer a figment of my imagination

Thumbs up

Ship arrived in Halifax last night around midnight, and its already on its way to next port. Heading to DAVISVILLE, then to Houston. Still hoping to see my new C4S early Nov. Anyone else have a car on HOEGH BANGKOK?

I ordered my 991.2 C2 GTS in May. Despite my anxiousness, it seems to have gone by quickly. The car will be in my hands in around a week or so. I am having a clear bra applied to the entire front of the vehicle and then 3 coats of Ceramic to the entire car.

awesome. Mine gets dropped in Houston. I’m in MN.

I have winter wheel ready to go on and having the entire car wrapped in xpel. I ordered Jun 6. Seems longer then most people’s wait.

Remember it is not when you ordered the car that establishes the date your car arrives but it is what the allocation has for a delivery date.

I decided on Suntek in track-pak coverage for my car in December. Having read all the Rennlist forum info on ceramic and also some on autogeek and autopia I am still a bit on the fence. I have a quote to do C.Quartz after my PPF, but have looked at DIY too. Leaning for the pro application at the moment. I would hate to mess it up after waiting this long for the car.

The 911 C2 GTS AWS has landed in Davisville, RI. The car should be down in PA by the weekend. After some post-delivery work, I should have the car the following week!
