I started with a Targa 4S order on July 27th and it was planned to be at the dealer on Jan 23rd but I changed it to a Targa GTS on Aug. 8th and it was expected to be at the dealer on 11/30; however, it moved to 11/23 and now it moved to 12/7. At least mine will arrive in the Port of Jacksonville and only has to get to Tampa. SA told me to not worry or get frustrated since he promised it would change again but also said it will probably be here a couple weeks early. I have really started to buy things for it and I will continue to whittle down the list over the next month, along with scheduling the window tint, PPF and Soul hi-flow cats. Each day I read the forums, actually several times a day, so the list is likely to grow, and soon since I am looking at the custom, refinished crests. I just got the stuff I need done to the Harley though so I can concentrate on the Targa full time.
Waiting is the hardest part, but looking forward to arrival pics!
Did you see the add from Suncoast on the IPD plenums?
Some updates on my build from my SA today (Your mileage may vary... am I the only guy who geeks out on all the various dates and times depending on different builds? It's cool to me for some reason...):
V250 - 10/12/18 (Back to my original lock; Spec changes, etc. didn't hurt this too much, although it was supposedly moved up a few weeks; nope.)
V260 - 10/19/18 (CP 0.0; Robots spinning and humans supervising...)
V300 - 10/26/18 (CP 8.0, baby!)
V331 - 11/02/18 (Entry point Emden; had to canx ED; much sadness...)
V332 - 11/16/18 (Exit port Emden; Yo ho ho and a bottle of brass monkey!)
U002 - 12/07/18 (Entry port Houston; Here's hoping the seas are not rough those days, my friends...)
U003 - 12/14/18 (Exit port Houston; Giddy up!)
V900 - 12/21/18 (Dealer Inventory; Merry X-Mas to you and yours and me!)
Fully expect more changes, as these are Planned Dates btw. Expected dates seem to be about a week or so later, give or take... Miles to go before I sleep.
[QUOTE=good2go;15343842]How long between v331 and v332?
I see people post ship its on, is this only known after v332?/QUOTE]
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I think the time between V331 & V332 varies greatly.
Once you are informed V332, by your SA, they should also tell you VIN & which ship. Then you can begin tracking it yourself, at least until it arrives at the port.

Actually I knew my VIN before it was done with v270. I was stalled at v260 for 3 weeks. But I did get a VIN.
Actual Dates
v260 Sept 5
v270 Sept 29
v300 Sept 29
v331 Oct 2
v332
Finally I have her - 2019 Carmine red GTS, Manual, PDCC, RAS, LCA, no FAL, 18 way seats with Sport -Tex, guards red dials, belts and chrono, logo on seat head rest, model on mid console, Aluminium pedals, illuminated CF sils.
more later but all I can say for now that I couldn’t be happier with all the options and how they have come together!
Decided to go with a T and got an allocation for a February delivery! 1 week before this locks. Ultimately it wasn't much more to go to a T, and I like the idea of having something different, even if it is a parts bin special The FAL was a last minute add-on that I think will pay off in stress relief. All that's left now is to wait........

Nice to see you are getting a manual; however, I would go with the RAS over the FAL. Either way, congrats and it is your car so make it the way YOU want it.
