These prices make the Porsche options prices look cheap! Crazy $ for no stickers...
Ya gotta really hate stickers at those prices.

Just realized my car is being built this week! It was scheduled to start yesterday.

My build schedule has the car in CT-assembly for a week immediately after production is over. Anyone know what that is?

Interesting. You probably know that Audi just got caught with an emission device (similar to VW). Not sure of the impact yet but it could be a byproduct of all of that.

Love it when a good plan comes together!

Thanks for sharing your journey. Enjoy the car!

Considering I already paid $575 I'll try the peel off trick first...

Great news on your build! I am not sure about the CT part, hopefully someone will come up with an answer for you.

Cheers

My SA just notified me that my C4S (destined for Northern California) entered the body shop on 11/11 -- exactly on this schedule. Our cars might have been on the line at the same time.

Thanks! I changed models a week before lock, so I've prolonged my stay here in the waiting room quite a bit!

Did your car make it to Halifax?

The ship is just a few hours out according to the tracking info I have. There are actually two ships docking within a few hours of each other. The Grand Cosomos and the Theben. I am not sure if Halifax can only handle one vechicles ship at a time? When I followed our Boxster a few years back the ship was only in Halifax for just a few hours, then it went on to the US. According to my SA, the next official notification he gets, is when the Halifax Autoport releases the car to the Train folks. The train schedule is not easy to track, or so I understand.

I imagine the train is at least a quick phase relative to cargo shipping. Not long!
