^^^ if what you are saying is correct (low mileage getting into the $60k range), then I bet more and more potential 997.2 buyers will be jumping into the 991 wagon
Not sure about your statement. Two different cars and driving experiences. I do not think the $$$$ will be the deciding factor.
There was a loaded 2012 C2S at P-car Austin, sapphire, I linked here for $69,900k (every performance option, $120+ build, 19,000 miles). Also, a friend who works at Porsche San Diego sold an Aerokit cup 2013 C2S ($120k build, midnight blue) last month for $67,300. It was a manual, both were clean and no accidents. North Houston has that very clean C4S that was listed awhile back (also sapphire, loaded) and it went for mid 70's (the one with the carfax mixup); it was also pretty low mileage if I remember correctly, and a C4S is always more $ than a C2S.
So yeah, there are sub $70k, nice build, early 991 C2S CPO's out there. At least there were a month ago, but perhaps the market is strengthening as we move into spring (although none of the many early 991s on the forum listed in the past 3 weeks have gone sale pending).
The C4S at North Houston was listed at $85k and sold in just a few days. Now I don’t know for sure but I doubt they dropped down to mid-70s from a mid-80s ask in a few days with all the traffic it generated.

Would be lucky to have gotten a few $K off on it. Fake NEWS
