^^^ Priced well. Funny, never saw "Sport Tailpipe" option. Car does not have PSE, but S and PSE tailpipes are very similar. Maybe has the PSE ones? Both are the double round ones each side. Not like the base model single ones.

I know has come up before, but S model non PSE and PSE tailpipes ARE different. Different finish and PSE ones are slightly longer to reach the center mufflers. The S tips fall short like .5" on one of the double tips. The side that doesn't bolt on. So there is like a .5" gap and not a tight fit.

^^^ STG, I bet the difference between the XLT and normal tailpipes is that the XLT has a slanted cut off, rather than straight down.

In fact, I think that your thread and driving impressions in that regard should be made a sticky.

As for my GT4.... when I jump on the throttle on a freeway on ramp in 2nd gear, the engine lets out a really low "growl" that reminds me of one of those 6.3 liter Chevy V-8's that were put into a Spice chassis for the IMSA GTP series back in '89. - - -Think Wayne Taylor, Tommy Kendall, Bob Earl, etc.

The car flat out hunkers down with a visceral feel that makes me count my lucky stars every time I drive it!

Haha, that’s awesome!! Glad it resonated with you, as I believe my underwhelming experience with the .2 truly encapsulates what many of us who crave that EXACT sensation you describe you get from your GT4, feel when we drive those models.

I truly feel you on the “hunkers down and I thank my lucky stars every time I drive it” comment. I feel that more and more, every time I drive my 911. I can only imagine how well a GT4 delivers such sensation!

Enjoy, Diablo Dude!

Thanks for the update. Do you recall if it was listed here? I must admit that the cabriolet market is kind of different. Maybe that are of PA is not conductive for cabs. Also, that interior color is not as desirable. $68K at 19K miles would have certainly qualified for HFS, specially since it is a manual

^^ Nice find.

FYI: Has SPASM suspension.

Sharp looking car. Looks familiar! Just like Rennlister Advisors new C2S.

CARFAX:

They just serviced it at Porsche Plano. Clean CarFax.

Prices have shot up again in the past month. I was looking at a couple of cars (both similar to this build in terms of performance options, MSRP, and mileage), both CPO from Porsche dealers. One ended up selling for $69k, one for $67k. Either that, or these are "asking" and this will sell at around $70k as well.

What?? This car will not sell for $70K. You'd be lucky to get $2K off this.

Where are you seeing similar S builds, MSRP, and miles for $67K-$69K?? Must be another planet.

Didn't you just sell a car this year??

Be careful with this one. I tried to buy a 997 from this dealer, it was not a good experience.

There was a loaded 2012 C2S at P-car Austin, sapphire, I linked here for $69,900k (every performance option, $120+ build, 19,000 miles). Also, a friend who works at Porsche San Diego sold an Aerokit cup 2013 C2S ($120k build, midnight blue) last month for $67,300. It was a manual, both were clean and no accidents. North Houston has that very clean C4S that was listed awhile back (also sapphire, loaded) and it went for mid 70's (the one with the carfax mixup); it was also pretty low mileage if I remember correctly, and a C4S is always more $ than a C2S.

So yeah, there are sub $70k, nice build, early 991 C2S CPO's out there. At least there were a month ago, but perhaps the market is strengthening as we move into spring (although none of the many early 991s on the forum listed in the past 3 weeks have gone sale pending).

^^^ if what you are saying is correct (low mileage getting into the $60k range), then I bet more and more potential 997.2 buyers will be jumping into the 991 wagon

I'm in san diego, that's a great price for the 13 C2S, how many miles on it?
I thought I got a great deal but beginning to rethink
