Garage Talk has been around for several years... The 1-star is just the latest version. If you look at the reviews for all versions, goes up to a whopping two stars!
Personally, I like a keyboard and really dislike composing anything longer than 140 characters on a mobile device.
All is good. Long live HFS however you choose to use it!
It wasn't posted to HFS, but I put a deposit on the 2016 GTS Lava Orange manual today at Leith Porsche and picking up on Saturday. They dropped their price last week and moved even more on their price while offering me 3k more in trade for my car than I had been quoted 14 months ago at another dealership when I was looking at a '15 GTS. FYI - Trading my '13 Platinum Silver S PDK with PSE, SC, Premium Pkg Plus, sunroof, Satin Platinum Carrera S wheels and full front PPF. 17K miles. It is/was my weekend/fun car. I just wanted to get back into a manual and that GTS wide body:-) I hope my '13 S makes it to HFS. Really impressed with salesman Joseph Tumminelli and John Elks at Leith.
Saw it last week when I stopped by to look at a 997.2. Nice car, super dirty though, and they were asking $86,000 on the site at the time. $94,500? Keep moving...
The 997.2 was not a clean car for the $57k asking price. It was listed for $47k on Shift forever and didn't sell. Maybe a shady dealer?
Thanks all. Appreciate it. Now I have to finish the rest of the work. I'd prefer to remain here monitoring my export business and the markets. But as someone once said "when you are asked to do a thing, you must do exactly that thing"
I spoke with a guy at shift about a GTS they are advertising. They seem pretty upfront but offer a concierge like experience where they bring you a car to test drive in the SFO area. The gts they have has a wreck on carfax.

2012 C2S. $80k. $138k build. $58k off as listed. 14k miles. CPO. Looooaaadddeeeddd. White (best color), PDCC + SPASM, Leather, Manual, SC, 18-way, PCCB, PSE, PP+, Burmester and much much more including some mods. I thought I had found my car till I saw no PDK. Apparently carfax is clean per description but have not looked. No pics yet.
^^^ Nice find. Ceramics Blake. Kind of a unicorn. Looks like well maintained. Carfax shows three previous owners in New England. Why dealer is not showing actual photos?

Direct link, still no pictures... Clean autocheck, three owners.
Now I *love* the fact that it's a stick. CPO as well.
Sounds like it has aftermarket Tech-Art front/rear spoilers and sideskirts. I know these are quite expensive, but personally I see this kind of thing as a resale negative, not positive. Now if it had a full factory aero kit...
Do you suppose it looks like this with different wheels?
