HOT FOR SALE: Pick of the Week 991
Race Car
Maybe some know all about it, but others are possibly as clueless as I am about the 'sport design limited edition'...
(sorry, deleted some previous info)
This seems to be the most accurate info on what the sdle is all about, but it looks like it is page 2 of 2.... 1 of 2 probably talked about the exterior, Sport Design bodywork, wheels, paint colors...
And a blurb from an old Porsche press release...
'"Porsche Cars North America has created a special package specifically for the MY ’15 911 Carrera S model.
I don't attribute any 'extra value' to the limited edition nonsense, but it is a nice bundling of options.

This package, called the “PCNA SportDesign Edition,” bundles most of the sport oriented and SportDesign optional equipment including the SportDesign exterior and a SportDesign steering wheel featuring a 12 O’Clock marker in Guards Red. Offered in 2 body styles, coupe or cabriolet, 3 exterior colors, and with the choice of a 7-speed manual or PDK transmission, this package allows customers a level of differentiation in combination with this special package.
Only 100 of these SportDesign Edition packaged 911 Carrera S models will be available, representing a limited opportunity to obtain this vehicle which offers a great customer value."

Not exactly a HFS deal, but this Sport Design 991.1 popped up in the classifieds: https://rennlist.com/forums/vehicle-...750-miles.html
Would someone kindly share their thoughts on what's a fair range for this '13 C2S? Items not on spec sheet: CPO'ed until 2019, comfort entry, Fabspeed x-pipe, Blinder jammers front and rear, Beltronics radar detector, and 34k on the clock. Trying to gauge if it's worth selling to make more room in the garage for a few more bikes.
PTS c2s at a fair price.
Good wheels, PSE + SC + SPASM.
But standard interior, PDK and for some reason the silver colored window frame.
$91,991 @ 12,176 miles, down from $128,950 msrp

This seems more realistic. Maybe with the recent surge mid $70's as a private seller.

Maybe I'm slightly conservative on my values, but I'd say $78K is FULL money for private sale on that car and perhaps not a quick sale. $75K more realistic. $72K in the Fall assuming the Summer bubble bursts... Assuming it is in near showroom condition, perfect carfax, etc.
