Again, personal opinions... Some never use sport+ mode even if they have SC, but most here think PDK - SC = find a different car.
On a manual transmission, you decide when to shift, so less of an impact. You still lose active motor mounts, different throttle tuning, and auto-blip downshifts. It is still certainly desirable, but not the deal-breaker it is in a PDK car (in my opinion).

Only 3 cars at CarMax. The lowest inventory I have seen
if you are not going to track the car, and with a convertible that is probably the case, not important IMHO.
The dash watch, on the other hand...

I don't view it all all as a 'track only' feature. I simply hate lazy shifting transmissions even if I'm driving a back road. Heck, for that matter I hate lazy shifting even around town. As I said, others don't seem to care as much, but I'd definitely spend some time with a SC/PDK car before making your decision...
I thought HFS was more about simply a good price on a 991 not requiring a certain package to qualify.
Been wanting to ask this for a while, but I finally stepped into a 911 and was wondering if I got a good deal. Did I manage to get a HFS or simply meh? A stripper model but it came up when I was looking at getting a 997.2 C2S, test drove it, and liked it. I checked on the manheim site and it was basically dealer auction price.

I wish it had pasm/sc but after the drive... I realized that I didnt really need those options, the base c2 is really good already.
