Some guy orders $182K custom GTS and checks all the boxes, guy backs out and stiffs dealer, now finding the right buyer begins. Not cool when dudes pull that!
The most expensive NEW non GT or Turbo 991's for sale. Holy TARGA! San Diego takes the cake!
New Club Coupe on bottom of list too!
There are some very pricey cars out there. Some markets support the highly optioned unique colors. I am a bit surprised at the MSRPs of the Targas. Too much money.
stg991: I noticed you edited the reference to the gts Club Coupe from your original post.
Did you suddenly get interested in this one for yourself or a friend?
Our Rennlister friend mjsporsche captured your original post here!
And it included the original ad you had posted for the GTS Club Coupe!

I don't blame you for your sudden interest. It would normally be a
nice 'find'. And if it could be purchased, it would be of interest to
many of us that understand the unique value that 'Club Blau' color
represents since it's not yet available via PTS. But I don't think PCNA
will allow it to happen. I think Porsche of West Houston is not going
to be allowed to sell this car to the general public. Let me explain why!
My understanding is that PCNA has requested that each & every 59
of the PCA 60th Anniversary 'GTS Club Coupes' built can only be sold
to the PCA member that won the right to order the car via the special
PCA lottery. If for whatever reason that individual changes his/her
mind & can't take delivery, the rare 'Club Blau' coupe has to be shipped
back to PCNA, where it will be up to PCNA & PCA as to what other PCA
member gets a chance to buy it. This is a unique 'proviso' that has been
put in place to prevent exactly this kind of 'flipping', even if by a dealer.
PCNA can simply control this by not issuing the 'Certificate of Origin'
until the final sale to the designated PCA person that won the right to
order it. And there might be additional ways PCNA has at their disposal
to enforce this strict policy!
So I doubt this particular offer will be able to become a sale as it stands!
I am surprised Porsche of West Houston would do this (even if their customer
bailed). PCNA will not appreciated them trying to sell it regardless, which
violates their arrangement with PCA.
Guys, I'm having a hard time coming up with good cars to post. They're just not hitting the market lately. Sometimes it goes in waves, but have been coming up dry lately! I haven't been slacking.

Should have something soon I'd hope.
I noticed the same, my plan now is to wait until Feb-March, hoping some 991.1's will be traded for the 991.2's.
