It has PSE and ventilated seats from the pics but not in the build sheet. Powerkit also listed in the ad but not the build sheet. How possible is an erroneous build sheet?

I think that's a pretty aggressive estimate for a 2016 with CPO, MT (rare), and ducktail (very rare on a GTS). If it were a 2015, I would agree with you.
The best deals I have seen on 2016 GTS cars WITHOUT CPO have been 118k, but under 6k miles. This one has higher miles. Yes, others have had higher MSRPs, but options don't hold a lot of value. Most cars have PDK, which adds 4k but adds zero to resale. Another big ticket option this car is missing is 18-way seats and premium package plus, which to me, isn't a huge deal. I almost prefer the fast pull bar over the slow motor. I understand others love it and is a must-have.
If you like the color, MT, and duck, this is a rare find. If you can live without the options, I think a good price would be 118k since it has CPO. It's a beautiful car.
If you don't care about MT or the duck, then wait. You can definitely find a car with more options for the same price (18-way, premium package plus, GTS interior package).

^^ This GTS is overpriced. Not been worth beating a dead horse. Brand new with a reasonable 4-5% discount, you could have bought this NEW for less than current pre-owned price now with 9K miles.
I like posting the GTS's in the $110K-$115K range. We've had some amazing ones listed here in that price range with low miles and great discount off MSRP.

Getting mad?
Just noting my opinion. We all can't have the same ones. As long as guys find the car they like, it's their $$$. They're happy, I'm happy!
It's called HFS for a reason

Staying on the GTS theme (but not wanting to stir the pot), I found this listing that I thought was very reasonable for a 2015 with 6000 miles. Downside is that it's a private sale so no CPO. It's been listed for a while so I'm thinking the seller will be able to budge a bit more. It's also local to me so if anyone has serious interest, I can try to check it out when I have some time.

Yep that yellow car has been on auto trader since last Fall, and it's in a good price range. In general there are many gts's out there, and unless the prices go down they will likely sit. You may as just buy a new car.

I realize this is not "kialist.com," but what a world we live in when a $100k car doesn't come with full cow and is still considered "cheap"! That said, if someone is going to pay $100k+ for a car, why not spring for another $20-$40 and get an S!?
