So I had PDCC and PASM on my previous 2012.5 991S and now on my current (picked it up less than two weeks ago! Woohoo!) 2013 991S I have PDCC and S-PASM. I really like PDCC on both of them. Car stays flat in cornering, very comfortable ride, very little body lean. I love it and am very happy it has PDCC. YMMV...
S-PASM is noticably stiffer than PASM but after only two weeks of driving it, I barely notice the difference now - still a very comfortable ride (I must be quite used to it now!). When I previously owned Corvettes, the difference between a non-Z51 equipped and a Z-51 equpped Vette was much greater in ride stiffness (and handling). While I noticed the difference between S-PASM and PASM, it wasn't as great to the seat of my pants as I thought it would be - meaning that while it is firmer, it isn't like it sudden feels awful on bumpy roads - still quite enjoyable.
Haven't autocrossed my new one yet - that will come next month. PDCC with the old one (the 2012.5 991S) was really nice - when I look at photos, my car really stayed flat in the corners, minimal rolling.
Picking up my dream car in a few weeks from a fellow Rennlister, but it's a 981. Still, thanks for keeping up this thread! I'll be here when I need a family car!
^^^ nice Sport Design Pkg on the Racing Yellow manual base model 991. Curious about $$$?
$68K, and only 4K miles.
Interesting it has the 2 dual tail pipes - I thought they had missed it being an S, but I guess that's how it comes when you get PSE on the base model?
An interesting combo of color and options. I moved on with it not being an S though.

^^^^ the PSE and exhaust tips are the exact same system whether the base or S model.
Only difference being when upgrading to PSE from an S model, only the center muffler and tips get swapped out. The side mufflers are already the ones used for PSE (unlike the base Carrera).
On the Base Carrera, the center muffler, exhaust tips, AND both side mufflers get replaced.
That's why when you look at PSE pricing, the base model package is more expensive.

2012 C2S, Black over gray, 15K miles, he is asking a very reasonable $62,500
Alas no Sport Chrono or Sport Exhaust, no PDCC or SPASM, no sport design paddle shifters or full leather, but what looks like a very well priced and very clean 991S.

Odd no Sport Chrono or PASM considering the tasty 18-ways, Sport Exhaust, and body kit. A bit of an odd build. Also missing ventilated seats which are mandatory in my opinion. Love them in my S.
I would give up Bose, platinum satin on the wheels, black headlights, painted headlights cleaners, power steering plus in exchange. Is that enough to cover the cost of SC and PASM?
