Default Question on a good deal ..

Hi guys -- Need an opinion on this well spec'd out 991.1 TT. Saw it on autotrader -- see VIN and AT ID below.
1. What doesn't it have that a TTS would have (except the HP and center lock).
2. It's never been titled ... is that an issue?
3. An identical car (I mean exact specs) is also on Autotrader but with 4000 miles and $4000 more expensive. Isn't that weird? Same build month and same exact start date for the warranty also. Are these fleet vehicles?

Certified 2015 Porsche 911 Turbo
2,101 miles
Stock No. PP3209
VIN WP0AD2A90FS166422
AT Car ID AT-193F18A2

Any help appreciated.
Thx!

From the Build Sheet it seems to be equipped like a TTS. I wonder why it wasn't ordered as a TTS? Is Premium Package Plus missing? Maybe that's just Entry and Drive missing as everything else was added.

I have seen a new Lava Orange (IMO a desirable color) 2016 TT sitting at a local dealership for 9 months! I expect most people looking for The "Turbo" just spring the extra for the TTS, so perhaps the TT will be harder for resale! If you go for it, most switch the Exhaust to an aftermarket, like akrapovic, etc.

It's also a CPO from a Porsche dealer so should be good. Not titled, perhaps it was a demo?

I don't follow (as most here) the Turbo market. We concentrate on 991.1 Base/S/4S/GTS/Targa models. We have our hands full enough there.

Here is the build sheet:

It may never have been titled, but the warranty was punched in March of 2015.

The carfax is rather odd-looking, I must admit. The autocheck is not very illuminating either. But given that it went to auction in Georgia, maybe it served as a car at the PCNA driving school in Atlanta?

^^ PCNA car. They auction off to their dealers. What it was used for? Driving school, press car, employee car, something like that. Usually the driving school cars have more miles. Like 5-7K from what I've seen.

Guys, I know the search can be tough. Stick with it, and everyone will find their own "Chase". Keep your spirits up.

Scratches and dings?? I'm worse than Nathaniel

That SUCKS. Too much exposure with using it as someone called out a while back. Like WTF? How can that hurt anyone? Too much info in the buyers hands?? Oh no. The crime.

Hopefully something is just down or under updating.

I think this may be the case. I've asked a few questions (without going into specifics), and it looks the the system may be down. We'll see.

Glad I took a screenshot of my build when I had a chance at any rate - but on an even happier note, the dealer still had the original window sticker! Happy days!

Hope it is back up soon. It is a wonderful tool that helps sell used or CPO Porsches!
