137 msrp. Price is a little rich but that's the second part of the problem. First part is if I buy it, I'm the third owner in 10 months. Would that ding me on resale down the road that it's traded hands so many times? Any red flags I should look for? Car fax looks fine (besides the two owners).

Currently looking at acquiring this beauty (price is a little aggressive), but I have a concern - if the deal goes through, i will be its 3rd owner in less than a year. does that raise any red flags for anyone? Will the car's resale be adversely affected down the road? it seems really odd that it has 2 owners in such a short amount of time with less than 7 k miles on the clock.
There are many positive reviews of this dealer along with the couple bad ones. Interesting .
Price does seem "too good to be true". That car is worth $10k more, and dealers aren't in the habit of giving $10k away. I would get a PPI and have someone trusted put eyes on it before pulling the trigger.
Might be of interest: not much info, but 3500 miles for a C4 GTS at $105k. Why the seller couldn't spend another 5 minutes getting decent pics and posting a build sheet is beyond me though.

Be careful when looking at a site with 31 reviews: - 1 review with 1 star and 30 with 5 stars! Most of the 5 star reviews written in a reasonably close time window in 2011. Then no reviews since!
Just saying, do your homework. Everything is priced for a reason!

I purchased my GTS from Tim Gordon at Olmstead site unseen in June. I drove my C4S up, looked the GTS over and signed paperwork. Out the door in 45 minutes. I am sure if you asked he would do a video call walk around with you. Was very happy with all aspects of the deal with this dealership.
Nice catch. There have been other sketchy postings on Portland Craigslist lately too. There was a 997 C4S cab that was posted a couple of times with very little information and what looked like "borrowed" pictures. Buyer beware.

Wow, well spotted. Got it now, used the same pic form a journalist test drive! I guess it was a "press car" and had a good thrashing in it's formative miles! Or perhaps just using fake pictures? Either way.....walk away!
