I'm not a Cabriolet guy, so IMO the HOT For Sale 991.1 of the week is this one in the PCA.org Mart Classifieds. Only 900 miles from new! The ad just lowered the asking price to $73,250. I love the color and the options (almost the same as my C2S). Run the math, and it has 8.7 lbs/Hp. This is Holiday time, but this PCA member owned 991 will definitely sell. I don't have any idea who the owner is, but he is a PCA member, so that's a plus. If I were trying to buy a super nice 991 Carrera around $70k, this is the first one I'd look at. As always, be sure to do due diligence... PM me if you can't find this ad on PCA.org
The ad says "As new and just serviced. 7-spd manual, Sport Chrono, Sport Exhaust, Sport Design Steering wheel, 20" Carrera S wheels in Platinum satin, heated seats, Porsche Dynamic Light System with LED headlights, glass roof, Bose audio package, model delete. Very well equipped Carrera with original sticker over $100K.
Mileage: 900
Exterior Color: Guards Red
Interior Color: Black"
^^^ This one has been for sale a while and mentioned here by me over a month ago. I think he only dropped it $1,250.00
It's a base model, and will be a harder one to move. Look at the Platinum Silver C2S I just posted pics for today. Under 10K miles and only $74K with $117K MSRP

It's a great looking car though
That Platinum C2S is also a great buy, and should also sell quickly. Warranty is almost gone and it is a PDK, but it does look like a super nice car.
Guys what do you think about this one? Is this a HFS?
I have been lurking this car for a while now, it seems that they are having a hard time selling it, not sure why. Can any one give their 2 cents?
Things I like: Manual, Color, CPO, low miles.
Things I am a bit worried: almost no optionals, and in the records it says "transmission replaced", which makes me wonder what the hell previous owner was doing.

It might not be selling well because it is yellow (not a popular color) and the only option on the car is the glass sunroof. Almost a pure stripper. Also, perhaps the condition is lacking. Low resolution photos can be very misleading.
It is the lowest price CPO '14 Carerra I see on Porsche USA's website, undercutting cars with similar miles by $7k-8k. However, those other cars have more in options.
I don't think the replacement transmission would necessarily scare me. I would want to know when, though. Get the dealer to show you the warranty work done on the car and get a copy of the CPO checklist to see how the car fared. The warranty should be good through 2020.
Hey, the previous owner shelled out for a colored key but didn't want ANY other options besides a glass sunroof...?
If the clutch was a warranty replacement, was not abused.
A nice price point CPO C2. If it checks out against other similar models price wise I wouldn't have an issue buying it.
Doing a quick search, seems to be priced in line with the others, and plus having a CPO which is a bonus. The next bump up for low mileage, higher MSRP, and CPO BASE Models seems to be the low $70K range.
I think the combination of color and low options is making it sit. If it suits you, go for it. I'd offer $58.5K with hopes of a $59.5K-$60K deal. They might be motivated if it's been sitting a while. I would hope so.

Didn't see the service history, but do agree. It might be a 2 owner car. Saw it was for sale at 3900 miles. Definitely near the low now for an apparently nice CPO 991, tho. For $10k more I would prefer the loaded 2015 Red/Black Carrera posted earlier with only 900 miles on it.
