Not nearly as nimble as the 981S with 6mt but my hip and knees (yeah I'm an old f**k) told me it was time for a PDK. Power is unbelievable, it feels that it could run at 100mph all day long and stop on a dime. This car will be driven til the wheels fall off. I'm in the process of detailing which is my mental health therapy and keeps away from the wife!

Nice car, but "motivated seller"? At that price? That's dealer retail, or more. Here is one for the same price and 7k fewer miles. Maybe they meant 3100 miles, not 31,000.

I'm sure will get "more realistic" offers. What really matters is what you can buy a car for. Some are priced to sell at or very near asking, and some are priced a bit too aggressively.

As an addicted lurker on this post, I came across an interesting gts convertible that seems very nicely priced:

This specific GTS had been vetted. It has been through a water flood.
