I'm looking for a 991.1 C2S or GTS or 991.2 Carrera T. Must have a manual transmission and Sports Plus Seats (4 way or 18 way) or Bucket Seats. I live in California but I'm willing to consider options nationally.

2014 C4S, 18-ways, PDK, PDCC, PDLS with 22k miles for $81,490. Prices are returning to earth! I'd still like to see this below $75k but still seems a nice deal, especially from a dealer.

Asking price currently $102k (has dropped a number of times; has been listed for >5mo initially at $115k). It's basically the lowest price 991.2 C2s cab I see around the country with that kind of mileage and good options. Car looks to have a clean car fax, with several prior owners.

I've been watching the car out of curiosity, but it doesn't quite tickle my fancy. I'm not sure why this car isn't selling, though.

Any thoughts? Seeing if I can learn from the experts here. Or maybe this is truly a great deal and someone will see this here and snap it up?

That's a nice convertible, and priced as low as you'll see it. Looks like it's just inventory that needs to be moved. Priced at what they'd need to get wholesale to get out of it. If it doesn't sell soon they're going to run it to the dealer sale and get that asking price there because of the condition (then whatever dealer buys it, will have more $ into it and put it out there for more). Something to jump on if anyone is serious.

It's a really good chance it still has all the CPO warranty with it.

They replaced the hood crest to match the others, clear side markers, and when putting on the black PORSCHE emblem on the rear they got the slight upward curve just right. Top has the wrinkles and dark marks that it should, and obviously garage kept. This one was owned by an OCD enthusiast.

Below is what wholesale dealer sale results were recently on similar cars.

Thanks for the thorough analysis. You the man! I figured this was a very good deal, and you helped confirm it. Maybe someone on this forum will see this and jump on it. I guess they haven't been able to move it because of the gray interior (the only quirk I can think of).

A quick plug for Millenia motors. I'm local and I bought why 997 there. Oliver is a great guy and good to work with and I would always have a decent amount of trust in their inventory. They are well regarded in the area. If you want eyes on it I'd head up there if you want, I'm only about 15min away.
