No real service history information available... I'm assuming you'd look to do their add on warranty?

Correct. I will check if their warranty is available and the price if I transfer. I am debating now mainly because it doesn't have leather package, and tad high mileage...

36k miles is nothing on these cars. They are incredibly reliable. The early 991.2's were known for water pump failures, but Porsche has extended the warranty on the pumps to 10 years.

That doesn't seem like high mileage to me... The 2017 Carrera and then the 2017 Turbo S I traded it in for both had similar mileage...

Looks like low optioned base model that will still put a smile on your face when driving. Ask for the build sheet and see how much less they’re asking for a 4-5 year old car. Not a great time to be buying, but there seems to be a few of these nationwide in this spec range.

Some people are extremely passionate about aspirated engines because they say they have a more linear power delivery and usually rev higher, and they pooh-pooh turbo engines and call them "vacuum cleaners".
Others like me very much like turbo engines and having all the torque available right away at low revs.

I wouldn't say there's an advantage, more like different tastes.

PPI are ALWAYS a good idea. A lot of people will tell you to walk away from a potential buy if the seller will not accomodate a PPI.
