I think it is slightly overpriced, but still seems like an OK deal in today's market.

car is in pristine condition. purchased CPO in 2016 from paul miller porsche with 50k miles. i am the second owner. i've loved every minute of owning this car but the car simply doesnt get driven enough as the mileage clearly indicates. i never drove the car once we got into 40's which in NYC burbs typically means nov latest. serviced at very reputable indy shop Rennwerke.
i dont know if this car qualifies as a hot for sale but with prices firm and manuals so hard to come by, i thought i'd post to alert those that might care.
Thinking of selling my platinum silver 2013 991.1 C2S aerokit cup with 47k miles. It’s a PDK with EDIT:14-ways, PSE, burmester audio, and sport chrono to name a few notable options (and no modifications). Thinking of listing it for between $70k and $73k…does the brain trust think pricing is about in line with the market?
I plan on making a full rennlist ad within the month, with potential to maybe list on BaT or PCAR if it doesn’t sell thereafter.

VIN # and MSRP with or without any damage history etc.
MSRP: $123,235 but it’s actually more since the burmi audio isn’t on the build sheet for some reason
Other minor damage (but no accidents) listed on the carfax from before I bought it. I had it inspected by Porsche Chandler in AZ before buying and they confirmed that it looked like no indication of any accident(s) and everything else checked out. They did say the rear bumper cover was repainted at some point earlier in its life though.

Power kit would bring another $3,500. Assumed you had a sunroof, if not, take off $1,200

Reason: Power Kit
