2012 C2S with all the options. Manual trans and 9k miles. MSRP 122k asking 73.9k now. They just dropped the price again. I looked at it about month ago but they wouldn't budge much on price so I walked away from it. Only a couple months left on the factory warranty and they've had it for quite a while so who knows... One owner, prior lease.

I've talked to them a few times and my guess is you can get out the door right around $70K which is quite good considering the options and low miles. Downside is the impending warranty term in May. I think I'd prefer a slightly higher mileage car w/ CPO - doesn't seem to be too hard to get a 2013 w/ CPO in the very low $70s.

So here is one that might be a hot buy:
http://www.tomwoodporsche.com
Listed
On autotrader for $78994
I say might as the dealer page list price at 86, but it popped up as reduced in my alerts. With investigating, nice car.

What did you think of it when you checked it out? People don't seem to love the grey on grey combo. I've been watching this one for a while as well. Still a little weirded out by the airbag replacement on the history report but PPI could solve that.

Its a very clean car with great options. I'm not crazy about the Agate Grey leather with the AG exterior but its not bad. Thats a LOT of grey though . He wouldn't budge much on price when I talked with him last month but I think he'll have to. At 70k it could be intriguing. Anything over IMO and you'd be better off holding out for a CPO.
I agree with your concern on the airbag replacement.... having that on the Carfax is a headache for future sale, even though its probably no big deal.

'15 C4S w/ 3.5k miles for ~106k @ Porsche Perimeter in Atlanta. Build is as per below. Thoughts?
A tad bit higher than the $80-90 range I was looking for, but looks pretty darn good. Don't know the MSRP on it.

A nearly new car. CPO too. Paying more because of year and low miles, but practically new. Talk them down. Try close to $100K

STG, thank you for the correct link and guidance. How did you get the MSRP?
I'll call 'em up tomorrow. I presume you meant 100K excluding tax, title etc? :-)
It seems to have all the basic essentials (for me that i think i may need): PSE, PSC, PSP, PDLS, park assist. No PSM though. How important is PSM?

Can you find cheaper? Yes. A few years older and more miles. A personal choice overall.
Has PASM. Not the Sport PASM which is like 10mm lower springs. Not a huge deal to most.

Sure I am missing a few, but these should cover it for a nice sporty ride?
