It is NOT being sold by a Porsche dealer. So no CPO. Is this worth going to see? Car looks clean in photos.
Price seems reasonable. There was a $140k build 2014 4S with similar miles that sold last fall for $82,500 private party (in Sapphire). This one is a much leaner build, but a year newer

Solid buy! Carmax warranty is incredible. I inquired about a 997 PDK they had, and the $50 deductible 60k plan was only $2700. $1800 for the $500 deductible. If you can find the right car, it is the way to go!

Default Birch Green PTS Carrera GTS - certified

I'm not sure whether the actual deal qualifies as HFS, but this car is truly one of a kind. If it had racing buckets and PDK i't be in my garage now. Guess I'll have to make due with my '14 S for now!

Its 10 minutes from my house so I went and saw it a couple of weeks ago, as Birch Green is probably my absolute favorite 911 color. Truly, truly stunning.

Car was for sale at a NC Porsche dealer one year ago beginning of 2018 for $95K and 17K miles. Didn't sell and went to auction. Looks like sold and now has 22K miles at a dealer on east coast. Also gained a drilled front bumper.

The wheels it had last year which are on the build sheet now have been switched out for the Carrera S style. I guess I have more questions than answers. Maybe the car checks out and you can get it for a decent price? Doubt a non Porsche dealer can get what they're asking. Maybe $78K--$80K? They will be more motivated the longer it sits.

Anyone in the area that can look at the car for me? I have a ‘14 C2 with pdk. Want a manual. Family driving from CT to Sebring in the next month with a hauler that could drop it off in ATL. Thanks......

Nice detective work!
Tough sell at that price without CPO IMHO.

MSRP?
Model year?
As a buyer?
As a seller?
History?
Dealer, FSBO??

Too many variables and questions to give an answer. Too bad not all black inside. Beige alway a little more challenging for a sell.

2014 with msrp $136k. Let just assume what is fair market value for private buyer. What would you pay for it?
10k miles
pristine condition
clear bra
a few added aftermarket mods mostly cosmetic
two tone full leather

Great build! I would pay a bit under $80k. There was a similar car posted in the classified, but with Aerokit (white) and X51, and that guy was asking $83k. It had CPO but 19k miles. I don't know if it sold; at $79k it was definitely a solid price.

As a comp, a similar 2012 with 13,000 miles (no sport design kit) in platinum silver was posted by me a month ago. That guy was fighting off buyers at $67,500. He priced it was too low. Figure the SD package is worth $3k, and the car is worth $3k per year, so a "hot" price on this 2014 would be $76,500.

Me; I would just go SD ducktail and put the Vorsteiner front spoiler on the car, rather than the SD front bumper on a standard, no SD kit car. Slightly cheaper, and I think the Vorsteiner looks better.
