I'm finally circling back after a busy month to thank you again for the beautiful wheels. If it's of use to you moving forward with any future sales, let me add that you went the extra mile to pack the wheels very nicely. Also, you shipped them, as requested, to Discount Tire, and when Discount Tire told me that they did not have the wheels when in fact they did (as it turned out), you did extra work to track the wheels for me and were very responsive. Eventually they discovered that they had the wheels all along (though the person on the phone with whom I talked did not know that), and it all ended very nicely. The wheels are perfect and it was great doing business with you. Happy driving!
